California Fraud Crimes

Local police and federal law enforcement such as the FBI and CIA government agencies pursue fraudulent offenses. If you commit fraud deliberately and deceive another person in business to secure an unfair or unlawful gain you could be brought up on fraud charges. Examples of fraudulent charges are identity theft, financial fraud, and Insurance fraud.

For a crime to be considered fraudulent it depends on "intent" and is often not a clear case to prove whether you are guilty or innocent. If there are fraud charges brought up against you it is best to seek the advice of legal counsel.
